Facility Policies, Website Terms & Privacy Notice
Effective Date: January 1st, 2026
Welcome to MommyTime Center! We want every family to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and positive experience. These policies explain the rules for visiting our facility, participating in activities, booking events, and using our website.
By entering MommyTime Center, purchasing admission, making a reservation, or using our website, adult guests and parents or legal guardians agree to follow these policies.
1. General Participation and Acknowledgment of Risk
MommyTime Center is an indoor playground and family event space. Activities may include climbing, jumping, sliding, running, riding play equipment, and other forms of active or interactive play.
These activities involve ordinary and inherent risks, including:
-
Slips, trips, and falls
-
Collisions with equipment or other guests
-
Loss of balance
-
Injuries associated with climbing, jumping, running, or active play
-
Unexpected actions by other children or guests
Participation is voluntary. Adult participants and parents or legal guardians are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for themselves or their children.
Guests must follow all posted rules, safety signs, age or size restrictions, and staff instructions. A separate participation agreement or liability waiver may be required before entry or participation.
Nothing in these policies is intended to waive any legal right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
2. Parent and Guardian Supervision
MommyTime Center is not a childcare or child-supervision service unless a specific supervised program is expressly advertised as such.
Parents and legal guardians must:
-
Actively supervise their children at all times
-
Remain inside the Facility while their children are present
-
Make sure their children use equipment safely and appropriately
-
Prevent children from entering restricted or age-inappropriate areas
-
Promptly respond when staff identify a safety or behavior concern
Children may not be dropped off or left unattended.
Failure to provide appropriate supervision may result in the child and supervising adult being asked to leave the Facility without a refund.
3. Age and Safety Guidelines
Certain play areas or equipment may be limited by age, height, size, ability, or capacity. Guests must follow all posted requirements.
For everyone’s safety:
-
Socks are required in designated play areas
-
Shoes must be removed where posted
-
Equipment must be used only as intended
-
Food and drinks must remain in approved areas
-
Running may be restricted in certain areas
-
Rough play, pushing, fighting, or intentionally unsafe behavior is prohibited
-
Guests may not climb on walls, barriers, furniture, or equipment not intended for climbing
-
Toys or objects from one play area should not be taken into another area unless permitted
Weapons, sharp objects, tobacco products, vaping products, illegal substances, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in designated play areas. MommyTime Center may prohibit additional items that could create a safety concern.
4. Health and Wellness
To help protect our guests and staff, please do not enter the Facility when you or your child:
-
Has a fever
-
Is vomiting or experiencing diarrhea
-
Has symptoms of a contagious illness
-
Has been instructed by a healthcare professional to avoid contact with others
-
Has a condition that could create an immediate health or safety risk during active play
Guests should practice appropriate handwashing and hygiene. Injuries, spills, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions should be reported to staff immediately.
MommyTime Center may deny entry or ask a guest to leave when reasonably necessary to protect the health or safety of guests and staff.
5. Guest Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for children and families.
All guests must:
-
Treat other guests and staff respectfully
-
Follow staff instructions
-
Use appropriate language and behavior
-
Avoid harassment, threats, bullying, or discrimination
-
Use equipment safely
-
Respect the belongings and personal space of others
MommyTime Center may refuse entry or remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, destructive, or inconsistent with these policies. Refunds are not guaranteed when removal results from a policy violation.
6. Birthday Parties and Private Events
Reservations may be required for birthday parties, private events, classes, and group visits.
Depending on the reservation, MommyTime Center may require:
-
A deposit or advance payment
-
A final guest count
-
Signed participation forms
-
Arrival and departure at scheduled times
-
Compliance with room-capacity limits
-
Approval for outside food, decorations, entertainment, or vendors
Party hosts are responsible for communicating Facility rules to their guests and for the conduct and supervision of all children attending their event.
Outside food and beverages may be restricted. Guests should contact MommyTime Center before bringing food, decorations, equipment, or third-party vendors into the Facility.
Scheduled event times include setup, celebration, and cleanup unless otherwise stated. Late arrival does not automatically extend the reservation.
Additional charges may apply for:
-
Damage to the Facility or equipment
-
Missing property
-
Unauthorized items or activities
-
Excessive cleaning
-
Additional guests
-
Staying beyond the reserved time
MommyTime Center may cancel, delay, relocate, or reschedule an event because of emergencies, unsafe conditions, severe weather, building issues, government requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When MommyTime Center cancels an event, we will provide an appropriate refund or rescheduling option based on the circumstances.
7. Admissions, Memberships and Payments
Admission and other required fees must be paid before entry unless MommyTime Center has approved another arrangement.
Current prices, mandatory charges, and applicable membership terms will be displayed or provided before purchase.
Memberships:
-
Must be paid according to the selected membership plan
-
Are subject to the benefits, limitations, and expiration terms provided at purchase
-
May not be transferred or shared unless expressly permitted
-
May be suspended or terminated for misuse or repeated policy violations
Guests are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Except as stated in the applicable booking or membership terms—or when otherwise required by law—admissions, memberships, deposits, and other fees are generally non-refundable.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Party or event cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking terms state otherwise or a refund is required by law.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility may depend on:
-
The type of reservation
-
When the request is received
-
Whether supplies, staffing, or third-party services have already been arranged
-
Any special terms presented during booking
All approved changes are subject to availability. Guests should retain their booking confirmation and contact MommyTime Center as soon as possible when requesting a change.
9. Photography and Video
Families may take personal photographs or videos of their own children, provided they do not interfere with play, create a safety concern, or intentionally photograph other families without permission.
MommyTime Center may occasionally take photographs or videos for business, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes. We will request permission from a parent or legal guardian before using a recognizable image of their child for promotional purposes.
Guests who prefer not to appear in Facility photographs or videos should notify a staff member.
Security cameras may be used in certain areas for safety, security, incident review, and loss-prevention purposes. Security footage is not intended for public or promotional use and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal practices.
10. Personal Property and Facility Damage
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. MommyTime Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Found items may be held for a limited period and may later be donated or discarded.
Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of damage caused by their intentional conduct, misuse of equipment, violation of Facility rules, or failure to supervise a child in their care.
11. Injuries and Medical Emergencies
All injuries should be reported to staff immediately, even when an injury appears minor.
In an emergency, MommyTime Center may:
-
Provide basic first aid within the staff member’s level of training
-
Contact emergency medical services

Contact a parent, guardian, or emergency contact
-
