By entering or using MommyTime Center (“the Facility”), all guests agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and policies.

MommyTime Center is an indoor playground and event space designed for children and families. Activities may include climbing, jumping, sliding, running, and interactive play.

Use of the Facility is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver (Virginia Law)

All participants (and parents/guardians of minors) acknowledge that use of an indoor playground involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Collisions with equipment or other participants

• Injuries from climbing, jumping, or active play

By entering MommyTime Center, you agree to:

• Voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown

• Release and hold harmless MommyTime Center, its owners, employees, staff, contractors, and affiliates

This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Important Notice: Under Virginia law, liability waivers may not protect against claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Supervision of Children

• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times

• MommyTime Center does not provide child supervision services

• Children may not be left unattended in the Facility

Failure to supervise may result in removal from the Facility.

4. Age & Safety Guidelines

• Play areas may be designated by age or size

• Guests must follow posted rules for each area

• Socks are required in play areas

• Food, drinks, weapons, tobacco products, alcohol, or sharp objects are not permitted in designated play zones

5. Health & Wellness Policy

Guests agree:

• Not to enter if sick or showing symptoms of illness

• To follow hygiene practices

• To report injuries immediately

MommyTime Center reserves the right to deny entry for health or safety reasons.

6. Birthday Parties & Event Policy

For parties and private events:

• A reservation and deposit may be required

• Final guest counts may be required in advance

• Party hosts are responsible for their guests’ behavior

• Outside food is restricted unless approved

MommyTime Center may:

• Enforce time limits for party rooms

• Charge for damages or excessive cleaning

• Cancel or reschedule events if necessary

7. Code of Conduct

All guests must:

• Treat others with respect

• Follow staff instructions

• Use equipment safely and as intended

• Refrain from rough or dangerous behavior

MommyTime Center reserves the right to remove any guest for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

8. Photography & Media Release

• Admission fees must be paid prior to entry

• Memberships must be paid in advance

• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Party cancellations require at leasy a 2 day advance notice

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Refunds will comply with applicable Virginia consumer protection standards

11. Personal Property

MommyTime Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

12. Medical Emergencies

In the event of an emergency:

• Staff may provide basic first aid

• Emergency services may be contacted

• Relevant information may be shared with responders

Parents/guardians are responsible for all medical costs.
